The Philosophy of the 6-Day Journey
The 6-Day Transformation Retreat is our flagship experience. Unlike shorter retreats, this 5-night container allows the psyche to soften, open, and rebuild over multiple ceremonies. It is designed for seekers ready to address long-standing trauma, ancestral patterns, and deep-seated life questions in an environment of radical safety and professional support.
Detailed Itinerary: The 6-Day Arc
Day 1: Sanctuary & Intent
Arrival across our hubs (UK, Spain, Greece, etc.). Initial medical check-ins, land cleansing, and the ‘Opening of the Great Circle’.
Day 2: The First Encounter (Medicine Ceremony 1)

Day 3: The Deep Descent (Medicine Ceremony 2)
Integration circles in the morning. Afternoon meditation. The second ceremony moves into the subconscious layers and childhood imprinting.
Day 4: The Day of Noble Silence & Integration
A day of total silence. Nature walks, private 1-on-1 counseling with transpersonal psychologists, and restorative yoga. No medicine this evening—allowing the body to recalibrate.
Day 5: The Rebirth (Medicine Ceremony 3 / The Peak)
The final, most profound ceremony. Focused on spiritual connection, ancestral healing, and the visualization of the ‘New Self’.
Day 6: Embodiment & Re-Entry
Closing the circle. Detailed integration workshop: ‘How to live your medicine in the real world’. Departure at 15:00.
